Your private taxi driver is waiting for you in the arrivals hall with a nameboard indicating your name. You will find him at the right side near the desk of Tourist Info. It is advisable to turn your phone back on just before landing so that your driver can, if necessary, contact you about your airport shuttle.
A night rate applies between 22h and 06h for the airport transfer service, which includes a surcharge of 10€ on the normal fare.
We respond favorably to this request. It is however necessary that you specify it during your request for estimate like being a transfer in group. We always offer you the solution that best suits your needs and requests.
You are asked to indicate, during your booking, if important equipment will also have to be taken care of (wheelchair, golf bag, bike …). We generally apply the conditions and the standard price of the corresponding service, but an exception can not be excluded. Do not hesitate to contact us to know the exact price of your race.
As for pets, we accept them in our vehicles provided that they are placed in a suitable transport cage provided by you.
In order to ensure optimum safety during the journey and to respect the regulations in force on the Costa Blanca, Taxi Alicante always transports children under 4 years of age in a booster seat or a baby-friendly seat. We put them at your disposal at no extra charge. It is however necessary that you specify it at the time of your reservation.

As departure and arrival times may be subject to change, you are advised to notify Taxi Alicante as soon as possible. If your flight is delayed more than 45 minutes when you arrive in Alicante or Valencia, please notify us by phone and not by SMS or email.
The waiting time included in the fixed price is one hour from the arrival of your plane. After one hour, an extra charge of 20€ will be applied to the total price of the service. In case of delay of your flight, you are therefore advised to notify us as soon as possible.
It is possible to pay in advance by bank transfer (account IBAN ES82 3045 2662 4027 2001 0013 – B.I.C.: CCRIES2A045). You can also pay in cash with your driver at the start of the race. Or through creditcard. Ask for more informations.
For urgent reasons, we accept cancellations up to 24 hours before the start of the race. If the cancellation is communicated to us less than 24 hours before our taking of service, you will be asked to pay the agreed amount.
